Embroidery provides a high end look, which works well on almost all hats, including beanies.

In some scenarios embroidery can be more cost effective than screen print.

We can offer Critical Rushes (as little as 3 business day production) for orders with very tight deadlines.

How We Prepare Your Logo for Embroidery

Custom Artwork Submission

Please submit the highest resolution file available, avoiding thumbnails.
Max embroidery dimensions:

Structured Baseball Hats: 5.50” inches wide x 2.50” inches tall

Unstructured Baseball Caps: 5.50” inches wide x 2.25” inches tall

Most Visors & Straw Hat Bands: 5.50” inches wide x 1.25” inches tall
All lettering and smaller details must be at least .25” tall when reduced to the overall embroidery size maximums mentioned above.
All embroidered lines must be at least 1mm thick
Some designs may require small modifications; if any are required our artists will contact you directly.

Ordering Embroidered Hats

STEP 1.

Art Review:

Once the order has been placed online, your order will move to our art review stage. Our artist will review the art; confirm the file type and quote the amount of stitches they believe the design will be. Once the order has completed the art review process you can expect your mock ups for approval within 1-2 business days.

STEP 2.

Art Approval:

Our artists will email you complete mock ups for your approval. This will include the thread colors chosen (or supplied), precise dimensions, and placement of the embroidered logo. And of course, we will not begin production until we have your written permission to do so.

STEP 3.

Production:

Production timeline begins once the art work has been approved. Our standard production time is 8-10 business days; if you need your product in your hands faster than our production time allows we do offer rush fees that can be added to get them in your hands in time for your event!

STEP 4.

Shipping:

Once the order has left our warehouse our shipping department will email you your tracking information so that you can follow along while the package is in transit.
